OUR STAFF

Ask any camper! Camp-a-Palooza counselors are special people chosen for their compassion and love of children. And they’re just plain fun! The majority of camp staff are college–bound to college graduates. All are deeply committed to the care and development of each and every camper. We don’t cut corners in our training. Camp-a-Palooza counselors are American Red Cross CPR and Standard First Aid certified and attend courses in Character Development and Leadership Training.

    No add-on surprise costs! Includes all field trips, daily snacks, arts and crafts, gym time, Rec Outlet playtime and more! All inclusive!

     

    Summer Camp 2025 Rates:

    FULL DAY Camp Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm (Ages 5-12)

    DAILY RATE: $94 per day (2-Day Minimum)

    WEEKLY RATE: $384 per week 


    HALF DAY Camp Hours: 9:00am-1:00pm (Ages 4-12)

    DAILY RATE: $58 per day (2-Day Minimum)

    WEEKLY RATE: $235 per week 

     

    *Half-Day Campers do not have any field trips! Must do full day to go on field trips!


    HALF-DAY SCHEDULE INCLUDES:

    Gym time, Recreations Outlet play time, lunch time and themed crafts/games and activities! *Above activities are not guaranteed. Daily schedule is dependent upon KFT and Rec Outlet regularly scheduled programming. 

     

    Before/After Care:

    Before Care: 7:00-9:00am - $10 per week

    After Care: 4:00-6:00pm - $10 per week

  • DISCOUNTS

    Sibling Discount - First child pays full fare, Each additional child receives 20% off tuition.

     

    Bring A Friend Discount:  Bring a friend to a full week of camp (non-sibling, new to Camp-A-Palooza) and receive $50 off full day week of camp or $25 off half-day week of camp.

  • THE DETAILS

    AGES: Grades K thru 7th Grade

    (Child must be eligible for Kindergarten in Fall 2025)

     

    Pre-K able to register for Half-Day Camps!

     

    HOURS: 9:00am-4:00pm weekdays

     

    MORNING AND AFTER CARE:

    7:00-9:00am - $10 per week

    *Snack served and extra gym time!

     

    4:00-6:00pm - $10 per week

    *Snack served and indoor/outdoor games and fun!

     

    LUNCHES: Campers will bring their own lunches to camp!

     

    MINIMUM CAMP REQUIREMENTS:

    Campers should be able to do the following activities:

    - All aspects of personal hygiene by themselves (i.e. getting dressed, bathroom, etc.)

    - Able to communicate their needs to counselors

    - Able to work in a large group (15-20 kids) setting

  • WHAT TO BRING EACH DAY TO CAMP

    What To Bring Each Day:

     

    - Lunch! 

    - Comfortable clothes for active camp events

    - Shoes appropriate for running, jumping and playing

    - Water bottle (labeled with name)

    - An extra change of clothes  (for younger children)

    12:15-1:00 - Themed Game/Activity #2

    1:00-3:00 - Recreations Outlet

    3:00-3:45 - Gym Time!

    The Leaders in Training Program is a leadership development program designed to provide teens with the skills and knowledge to interact and communicate successfully with individuals and lead groups of all ages.

Maddie joined Kids First in May 2021 and stepped over to Kids First TOO to lead our camp department in Summer 2023. Camp has grown exponentially under her leadership and we are so blessed to have her. Maddie has a Special Education teaching degree and will lend itself to our Before/Afterschool Program we will be heading up in January 2025!
