Day/Time:  Mondays, 3:15-4:15pm, 4:20-5:20pm;

Tuesdays, 3:15-4:15pm, 4:20-5:20pm;

Thursdays, 3:15-4:15pm, 7:00-8:00pm

Cost: $99 per month


SPARC is a high-energy speed and agility training program designed for boys and girls ages 7-14. It focuses on developing fundamental athletic skills through structured drills and experienced coaching.


Program Highlights:

Speed - Enhancing sprint mechanics, acceleration, and explosive movement.

Performance - Building overall athletic ability with strength and coordination exercises.

Agility - Improving quickness, reaction time, and directional changes for sport-specific movements.

Recovery - Teaching proper stretching, mobility, and injury prevention techniques.
